I am extremely lucky to have been born into a family of educators who were passionate about their job and recognized their significant role in positively molding the lives of their pupils. Due to the early guidance I received from my family, I have always been captivated by the teaching profession. Since I was young and began contemplating my future profession, teaching has been the only career option that has occupied my thoughts. I commenced my teaching profession at Sophia Girls’ College, Ajmer, where I had previously obtained my bachelor's degree. I have taught at multiple colleges and institutions, focusing on graduate, post-graduate, and doctorate education. As an educator, I aim to generate authentic enthusiasm for the subject matter I teach by maximizing interactivity during my sessions. I regularly include students in learning activities such as analyzing case studies, participating in role plays, and engaging in classroom debates. I promote the act of questioning, challenging, and expressing disagreement if they hold differing opinions on any topic presented in the class. Frequently, I successfully stimulate the desire to learn and explore in my students, ensuring their active participation and interest throughout the sessions. I enthusiastically embrace and derive pleasure from the challenge of fostering young brains to think with autonomy and unrestricted creativity. Fostering the appropriate professional mindset necessary for future corporate positions while consistently inspiring them to exert effort to attain their aspirations. I have experience in establishing and instructing advanced courses for postgraduate and graduate students, mostly focused on Marketing. These courses include Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Sales and Distribution Management, and Marketing Research. In addition to instructing doctoral students in courses such as Research Methodology and Research Ethics, I have actively participated in the Online Distance Learning (ODL) program offered by the Manipal Group. I have taught subjects including Marketing Research and Consumer Behavior in this capacity.

Management Conclave 2024 at TAPMI Business School Manipal University Jaipur
